Hey! Thanks for showing an interest - a little about little old me.

I created Crystal's Ascension as an outlet of creative espression on the "hero's journey," and the wisdom I've gained to survive some shitty life experiences. I share all of the love and joy for life through the tools and skills I've gained.

My healing journey started when I was born slowly suffocating, and sustained vascular mutations through fetal development, and nearly dead at birth. I have endured a life of pain, lonliness, fatigue and sabatoge from myself, & unfortunately others that I trusted deeply.
I have been swallowed by the darkness of pain and grief and spit back out - over and over again. Through every dark night of my life, I journaled through it all in silence - and within the darkness, I find that light inside myself every - single - time. Now that I've healed these painful cycles and have been integrating so many lessons, I can finally OK enough with myself to keep sharing it, but now with the people that actually WANT it.

As a young child, I regularly practiced healing my mom when she'd invite me to massage her feet and back. I was empathically transmuting her energies - never realizing that's what I was doing. In childhood, it was a very dark and light experience for me. We had regular nature vacations and boat rides, and lots of live music parties as my dad was a very talented musician, who was manipulative and abusive to his family, women and children. I spent ages 12-16 y.o. in fostercare after my father went to prison, because my mother lost herself through near death and grief struck addiction cycles. Are you getting what were are healing here?

After spending time in the fostercare system, I came home and within months was faced with having to care for my mom when she needed emergency total hip replacement from the crippling pain she was living in. I was 16. While it may seem like the relationship with my mom was tumultuous, she taught me strength in healing through darkness, and consistently nurtured and supported my curiosity in spiritualism. To this day, we continue to evolve and learn from eachother through the mother - daughter journey, and I carry so much gratitude for the lessons that we've been learning together.

After dropping out of highschool at 16, working two jobs to care for my mom, I pursued a career in Occupational Therapy Assitting right when I turned 18, and I've loved helping the Geriatric Population in Skilled Nursing and Homehealth settings over the past 10 years.

During my 5th year of practicing OT, I became a Reiki Master, and soon after, I trained as a Professional Certified Life Coach. As of March of this year (2025) I am a certified essential oil practioner and Doterra Essential Oil representative.
These courses have deepened my understanding of holistic healing and empowered me to go all-in with my very own performance and service-based business.

Music has been a lifelong passion of mine. Whether singing karaoke, attending music festivals, singing with my ukelele, drumming, & making music on my 432 hz crystal sound bowls. I've always felt the transformative power of music in emotional healing. And now I am very excited to be a performer and share the healing through the music I create!

3 Fun facts about me!

#1 I am a flow artist. When I am at a Music Festival - I'm behind the sound booth playing with my hula-hoop or my blue silk fans.

#2 I am passionate about giving practical insight and guidance through spiritual readings. I get so pumped when I do my online tarot readings and teaching human design. I am a 6/2 projector - Left Angle Cross of Masks.

#3 I am a writer. You will find me exploring my creative writing abilities as they unfold on the different passion topics I write about in the blogs.

In my free time, I love escaping to the beach, traveling with my family, and camping in the woods— just disconnecting from technology and the day-to-day grind.

Family is absoloutely everything to me. My husband and my son have brought me to new heights in my life I never could have imagined. My sister, mom and Grandmom inspired me so much with their creativity, independence, and freedom.

My husband and I have been together for 15 years, and thanks to him, I have three amazing step kids. Our 7 year old is an incredibly gifted and intelligent child, who was born on my brithday! All 3 of us are true born Leos, and we are an evolving lions den over here, I'll tell ya!!

I have been on a lifelong and passionate mission in healing myself. I've finally come out of my hole to help as many families I can reach - to heal from the damages caused from all the emotional dysfunction we've been perpetuating as a collective.
